Concrete Roof Tiles Repair

Concrete Roof Tiles Repair Roof repair specialists

Concrete tiles can degrade over time and usually the first sign is the buildup of mildew and mould. If left untreated the tiles will start to absorb water leading to problems like rotting timber in the roof cavity and eventually serious structural damage.

Our repair process consists of three steps. First we remove mould by waterblasting the roof with a biowash disinfectant solution. Any damaged tiles are then removed and replaced before applying a coat of roof sealer followed by a basecoat. Finally it’s finished with two coats of acrylic to ensure durability and water protection for years to come.
